WOODEN ROLLER KIT RECESSED

Product Description

This wooden roller kit recessed includes all the components required to turn your new wooden speargun barrel into a roller speargun. The  components for this kit are made from the best quality materials available: carbon fibre, 316 stainless and acetal.

The width of barrel for this installation should be at least 52mm wide to allow for the rollers to be fully recessed inside the slots.

The kit includes:
2 acetal Rollers with lightweight low friction acetal bearings with glass balls, 2 acetal bushes with screws used as an anchor point underneath the barrel for quickly connecting /disconnecting the rubbers,1 x stainless rod 57 mm or 65mm long x 6mm for the rollers,  1 carbon fibre bridge bridge to suit shafts up to 7.5mm with mini shark fins, 1 x 2mm U pin to guide the  reel line and to accommodate a second wrap of shooting line, 2 x 2mm cnc cut  carbon fibre plates with screws to secure the rollers on each side of the wooden barrel and a dyneema pack for making the rubber inserts and wishbone (2mm white dyneema), 2.5mm red dyneema for making the loader  and grey 1.4mm constrictor cord for making the constrictor knots.

Thanks to the roller design, 100% of the barrel length is used to propel the spear shaft combined with pre tensioned rubbers factor and a greater rubber stretch to spear shaft weight ratio, a lot of extra power is generated.

In excess of double the power, extra range, penetration, along with no recoil, better maneuverability and consistent accuracy and very smooth firing are some of the best attributes when converting to the roller power head kit.

Lack of penetration and limited shooting range will be a thing of the past.

The Rollers in this kit can be used with different rubbers ranging from 14 to 19mm.

The rollers and anchor points are available in black, blue, red and white colour.
