The new Mannysub inline offset double roller design is now available for wooden roller guns conversions.

If you have a wooden gun and you would like to give it new  life by adding lots of power and accuracy without the harsh recoil, then this kit is for you.

This kit will make it easy to convert any wooden barrel into a powerful blue water gun. The concept derives from the Mannysub double roller bolt on kit design used on rail guns proven to be very accurate, powerful and easy to load.

The simple and effective Mannysub inline offset design allows to drastically reduce the dimensions of the muzzle width compared to side by side or partly offset double roller designs by making this system very low profile and therefore drastically improve manoeuvrability.

The Mannysub double roller kit allows extremely powerful setups with very low recoil. With 2x14mm rubbers it will launch an 8mm shaft at exceptionally high velocity. With 2x15mm small ID or 2 x16mm progressive rubbers, it will drive an 8.5mm shaft at very high speed on spearguns ranging from 100 to 140 cm. A 7.5mm spear shaft can also be used with reduced pre tension on 14mm rubbers.

Full ceramic bearings (8 in total, 2 per wheel). This upgrade will make it easier to load, while adding extra power, smoothness, and reliability. We are so confident in these bearings that we offer a LIFE TIME WARRANTY.

One of the cool new features is the new carbon fibre bridge instead of a stainless bridge. The smooth outside edges of carbon fibre makes the wishbone last much longer and also add a touch of class and contrast to the wood.

The carbon fibre bridge is available in 2 sizes:

MEDIUM CARBON FIBRE BRIDGE: 165mm long x 18mm OD x 12mm ID x 3mm thick. Suitable for shafts up to 7.5 mm with  mini shark fins or 8mm(5/16) with notches.

LARGE CARBON FIBRE BRIDGE:  165mm long x 22mm OD x 16mm ID x 3mm thick. Suitable for shafts between 8mm(5/16) to 8.7mm(11/32) with mini shark fins.

The bearing rod length is available in 2 sizes:

SHORT:  57mm long, will leave 18.5mm for the middle section of the barrel.
LONG:   65mm long, will leave 26.5mm for the middle section of the barrel.

The kit includes:
4 acetal Rollers with 2 ceramic bearings(2 per roller), 2 acetal bushes with screws used as an anchor point underneath the barrel for quickly connecting /disconnecting the rubbers, 2 x stainless rods 57 or 65mm long x 6mm and a 4mm front mounting bolt for the rollers,  1 carbon fibre bridge to make the muzzle, 1 x 2mm U pin used to guide the  reel line and  accommodate a second wrap of shooting line,  2 x 2mm cnc cut  XL carbon fibre plates with screws to secure and protect the outside of the rollers on each side of the wooden barrel and a dyneema pack for making the rubber inserts and wishbones (2mm white dyneema), 2.5mm red dyneema for making the loaders  and grey 1.4mm constrictor cord for making the constrictor knots on the rubbers.
